Jumpo! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Jumpo mobile application ("App") and related services operated by
StoryPress s.r.o. ("we", "us", or "our").By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.
1.
User Roles and Accounts
Jumpo supports multiple user roles with varying permissions:
Owner: Full control of the organization’s account, including inviting and managing admins, coaches, athletes, and parents.
Admin: Assists the Owner with managing users, schedules, and data.
Coach: Manages training plans, schedules, and athlete data.
Athlete: Receives training plans and logs progress via speech-to-text or keyboard.
Parent: Views athlete schedules and progress (view-only or limited interaction based on settings).
You must register for an account using accurate, complete information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
2.
App Features
Jumpo provides a platform for:
- Creating and managing training schedules and performance plans.
- Logging and reviewing training activities using speech-to-text and/or manual input.
- Comparing training history with athletic performance data.Facilitating communication between athletes, coaches, and parents.
- Storing historical training and performance data.
We may update features periodically and reserve the right to add, remove, or modify features at our discretion.
3.
User Content
Users may input or generate content in the form of:
- Text (speech-to-text and manual)
- Notes, schedules, and comments
- Personal health or training data
By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content solely to provide the App's services. You retain all ownership rights to your data.

Data Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please review our
Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect personal information.
Jumpo may process health and performance data, which may be considered sensitive under certain privacy laws. By using the App, you consent to this processing in accordance with applicable law.
5.
Acceptable Use'
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Upload or transmit harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity. Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or servers.
- Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
6.
Intellectual Property
All trademarks, service marks, graphics, and content in the App, excluding user-submitted content, are the property of Jumpo or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the App without our prior written consent.
7.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the App.
8.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using in-app account deletion options.
9.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use after such changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Czech Republic. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
